Mi madre fríe las almendras con el mismo proceso. Y doy fe de que en Navidades no sobra ni una. Lo de los cacahuetes de esta guisa no los hemos probado pero lo haremos.
Si los compras con cáscara los pelas y luego los fríes vale verdad? Es más engorroso pero si son tan difíciles encontrar...
