Qué tiempos aquellos, eh? ;)
Todavía me acuerdo de una de las lecciones que me transmitisteis en esos tiempos estudiantiles: que para ablandar la carne más peleona no había nada mejor que un buen chorrito de alcohol, por supuesto de marca desconocida :D
Así que no me pierdo por nada esta receta de arroz, que por lo que veo vale incluso para torpes como yo, porque está muy bien explicada, ya os contaré qué tal :)
