¡Hola Manuel! Yo no soy del Bierzo, soy Valenciana. Y lo más seguro es que por ésta razón no sé lo que es el "Unto". Me gustaría hacer tu cocido, aunque veo que es una bomba calorífica al igual que mis chimeneas. Espero probar ese sabor a vuestra tierra. Un saludo.
