Miguel, acabo de quedar
Miguel, acabo de quedar impresionado con la técnica tan sencilla de los huevos mullidos. También con lo que cuentas de las vainas y que saben igual que los guisantes. A ver si consigo algunos frescos y tiernos de final de temporada (aunque lo veo complicado) y las pruebo.
