Hola, Manuel.
Tras leerte, he vuelto a leer el post de Julia y veo que tienes razón, no le critica a él sino al tipo de cocina que hace. Sin embargo, no veo tanto respeto y educación como dices, expresiones como "este señor" ó "dedíquese a lo suyo y deje a los verdaderos profesionales...", como si Falsarius no fuera profesional, no me parecen adecuadas, igual es que soy muy quisquillosa, no sé, pero bueno, cada uno...
Si te digo que he llegado a reregalar níscalos que me habían dado, igual me "matas", pues venga, no te lo digo, biquiños!
