Hola, Maritxu
La crítica de Julia no es hacia Falsarius, Maritxu, si no hacia la cocina de microondas y precocinados. Y además lo hace con muchísimo respeto y educación hacia su compañero.
Ambos son grandes cocineros. Falsarius también, evidentemente, pues sólo desde una posición así se pueden hacer esas recetas impostoras de tanta calidad.
Y además son los dos grandes blogueros que, a tenor de los comentarios de uno hacia el otro, creo que se respetan completamente.
Los níscalos son mis setas preferidas, pero las prefiero mil veces guisadas con patatas o incluso con arroz.
