Ourense y mis dudas sobre las castañas
Fantástico post, por rico y por oportuno. Teniendo en cuenta además que este 11-11-11 Ourense celebra su día grande, San Martiño, y que muy pronto en Expreso publicaremos un repor de esta ciudad gallega que está fantástica ultimamente
Por cierto, se te ha olvidado que además de marron glace en Orense se hacen las buenísimas castañas en almíbar, menos famosas pero mucho más ricas :)
Ahora, mi duda: compré el otro día un kilo de castañas y no sé que hacer con ellas, porque no tengo patio para magosto. Sé que tengo que cortarles un trocito para que no exploten, pero cómo las aso? puedo en el horno? cuánto rato? hay que precalentarlo?
