Uno de los mayores placeres
Uno de los mayores placeres que puede haber en la vida es rodearse de una buena colección de libros. He de reconocerte que poseo innumerables libros de cocina, pero soy asiduo a leer de todo. Confieso que soy un licenciado en Geografía e Historia que hace unos cuantos años dejó "de interesarle" esta temática. No digo que no lea libros sobre ello, pero los he dejado un poco de lado.
A mi me gustan dos editoriales en cuestión de gastronomía, Montagud y Trea. La primera por sus libros novedosos, que nos acercan a la nueva cocina desde un punto de vista que todo el mundo puede entender y la segunda por que nos ofrece libros que nos brindan la oportunidad de conocer, la historia, tradiciones y peculiaridades gastronómicas desde los principios de la civilización.
Todavia guardo con cariño el libro de Picadillo sobre las 36 maneras de elaborar un bacalao y que data de 1901.
Enhorabuena por la iniciativa del libro. La causa lo merece absolutamente todo.
