Ay, qué dos cosas más ricas. Curiosamente, mi madre, de Pontevedra, lo llamaba "borona" estando ya en Bilbao. Y esos chicharritos me han recordado a los que hacía ella en escabeche, un manjar. Gracias por reavivar recuerdos tan bonitos, biquiños!
